PROJECT PROPOSAL FOR FUNDING
The trust will allocate research funds in relation to course design, student satisfaction, teacher satisfaction, performance appraisal, writing training manual, Questionnaire construction, journal publication, conference paper presentation, book chapter writing. Each project will not be more than 3 months and budget will be within 10k. Project will be evaluated weekly. It will be under Project co-ordinator.

TRAINING ON WRITING ACTIVITY BASED TRAINING MANUAL ON SCHOOL PSYCHOLOGY

Program Goal: To spread teacher education on School Psychology theories, techniques and tools. School Psychology is professional course facilitated by Indian School Psychology Association, Asian School Psychology Association, International school psychology Association.

Program objectives: To create 20 teacher trainees on School Psychology in West Bengal.

Earlier progress: Rabindrik Psychotherapy Research Institute Trust (RPRIT) created 7 trainees on School Psychology through 6-month course.

Current project: Writing Activity based Training Manual in which 6 chapters with 4 activities will be added for writing 4 paragraphs. The manual will be useful to College students.

Qualifications: Post-graduation in Psychology/Applied Psychology/
Education/Human development/Social work.
Eligibility: Certificate or Diploma in School Psychology/ Educational Psychology/School Social work /Applied Psychometrics.
Class lectures: ONLINE CLASSES ONLY 12 hours course. 2 lectures per week.
Resource persons: Internal and external Resource persons of the RPRIT.
Registration fees: Rs 2000/- only.( Rs 2250/- for application after 15/08/2022)
